WHEAT

We procure and process premium quality wheat. Various kinds of wheats from northern India especially the familiar Punjabi and the famous Gujarathi varities. The Wheat Grains offered by us are processed under safe and hygienic conditions. Grown with organic fertilizers, the Wheat Grains are free from all chemicals. 

Its nutritional and health benefits include the following:

  • Low in fat, with the majority of it unsaturated.

  • Potassium-rich and sodium-free.

  • Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), folate, and pantothenic acid are all B-group vitamins.

  • Iron, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus, and selenium are all present.

  • High in carbohydrate (primarily starch) and insoluble dietary fiber.

BARLEY

A wide variety of barley products are known to be suitable for human consumption. These include porridge, muesli, cookies, etc. made of barley flakes, cereals made of barley bran, and muffins, cookies, breads, pasta, etc. made of barley flour.
